Design Engineers - Co Tyrone, The Middle East, Poland

We currently have three vacancies for Design Engineers; they are based in Ulster (Tyrone), the Middle East and Poland.

The successful candidate will be required to produce accurate BOM’s, layout and fabrication drawings for projects and manage and liaise with customers and suppliers on design specifics/aesthetics and plant requirements.  Manage small design projects from concept, design, support build and installation will be of the utmost importance at all times.  To be successful in this role you must focus on reducing cost and cycle time on current plant equipment, co-ordinate with all departments relative to all aspects of design, co-ordinate with senior designers to support the sales team through preliminary technical specifications, site visits and technical advice on the products/process and manage product development projects (both current and new equipment) under supervision using FMEA and other tools.

Ideally candidates should be educated to degree level in mechanical engineering or equivalent and have significant experience in design management.  Experience in the use of MS office, particularly Word and Excel, and experience in the use of AutoCAD is considered essential. 

A current full clean driving license is essential with access to a car and willing to travel and work away from home as required.
