We currently have three vacancies for Area Sales Managers in the UK; they are based in Scotland, the Midlands and South East England.

 Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for sales within the designated region, in particular you will undertake:

  • The planning and implementation of all sales activity in this area, in line with the company targets for growth and profitability
  •  Development and management of sales resources within budget
  • Working closely with the design and technical teams to deliver a product which matches customer requirements and delivers targeted profit margins
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success and results and will have at least 1 years experience in a relevant role within the quarry industry and an ability to become product literate across a broad range of products. Whilst not essential, an engineering qualification would be a distinct advantage.  You will be an ambitious, flexible, team orientated person who thrives on analysing situations and making decisions.  Possessing a keen sense of urgency you must relish a challenge and be capable of multitasking on a regular basis.

 
As travel is an essential feature of the job, the ability to undertake travel to other parts of the UK, and the possession of a clean current driving license is a requirement.  In return a very competitive remuneration package is on offer, which will reflect the ability of the successful candidate.
