Manufacturing Engineer

You will be responsible for the continuous development and improvement of existing manufacturing systems, processes, procedures and equipment. You will plan, coordinate and implement the most efficient and cost effective production methods required to manufacture major sub components and completed machines. The role involves close cooperation with the Engineering and Quality Assurance departments in order to focus on continued product development.
- The successful candidate must be educated to degree level or equivalent in an engineering related discipline with appropriate experience and also be computer literate.
- It would be a distinct advantage to have previous experience of lean manufacturing, JIT, continuous improvement techniques, and ERP systems.
