The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical/service support through liasing with dealers/customers on any technical issues, machine selection, trouble shooting, warranty and providing sales drawings.

Ideally candidates should be educated to degree level in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering and have several years relevant work experience within an engineering related environment.  Experience of AutoCad and/or Pro-Engineer would be advantageous.  The successful candidate MUST be willing to undertake training in North America and thereafter do a significant amount of travel as part of this role.
