Master Magnets Ltd have become a world leading manufacturer and supplier of magnetic separation, size reduction and detection technology. Master Magnets are renowned for a wide range of services and products which benefit many industries.

Master Magnets success has been due to strategic acquisitions, growth and 200 years of accumulated knowledge. We can supply processing equipment for a various industries including materials handling, recycling and quarrying.

In 2003 Master Magnets Ltd acquired Integrated Recycling Systems Ltd, and in 2005 acquired Metal Detection Ltd. The acquisitions resulted in Master Magnets enhancing their services, product range and capabilities to include a full range of separation, size reduction, feeding and metal detection equipment. Acquiring Integrated Recycling Systems in 2003 also resulted in Master Magnets moving site to a custom built factory, increasing our capabilities in production and design, and furthermore enabled us to have more control over product quality and the unit construction. Our custom built site incorporates a 12 tonne magnetiser measuring some 2.8 x 1.5 metres and has a 50 kw power pack and is believed to be the largest and most powerful magnetiser in the UK, and is responsible for our success.

We have agents positioned across the globe enabling Master Magnets to provide industrial magnetic solutions to worldwide markets. Our services are known to be the best in the world, and can include a site evaluation service, a sample testing service, a custom design service, a manufacture service, an installation service and a repair and refurbishment service.

The future looks bright for Master Magnets as we continue to trade and grow world-wide. Our design and engineering departments now have the knowledge and expertise to solve any application presented to us from around the world.
