For more than 80 years, Linatex premium natural rubber products have gained an enviable reputation for outstanding abrasion and wear resistance in the most demanding industry applications

Linatex has a proven track record as the original ‘red rubber' and demonstrates many advantages over competitor rubbers and other wear materials. This may be measured over time on a simple ‘cost of wear' basis. Quite simply, the costs and associated downtime incurred in replacing inferior linings and rubber wear parts are significantly higher than installations where Linatex products are fitted.

Whether you need to screen, separate or absorb impact, Linatex has developed an appropriate rubber for your application, resulting in longer equipment life and reduced maintenance costs.

Over the years Linatex have extended the uses of natural rubber. Moulding capabilities create specialized shapes for lining chutes, pumps, valves, screen panels and OEM parts. Linatex also produces its own line of hoses, slurry pumps, valves, screens, impact and abrasion products and conveyor accessories.

A proven market leader in Minerals Processing Systems, Linatex have recently introduced a new range of Compact plant to the market. In response to the higher incidence of short life quarry deposits and the resulting market trend away from capital intensive ‘fixed' plant, the Linatex Compact range offers ‘scaled down', tried and tested classification and in-line blending technology, utilising the same high efficiency, with low maintenance, flexibility and ease of installation. The Compact range offers Linatex technology combined with the benefits of a small ‘footprint' and rapid deployment.

The range of three Linatex Compacts are designed to handle feed rates of up to 150 tonnes per hour of -6mm as "raised material" and to produce a single grade washed product, dewatered and suitable for direct stockpiling.

The Compact Range can be configured to perform simple washing, ie: the reduction of -63 micron material. Typical applications would be the processing of primary products such as construction sands for concrete, building, mortars, asphalt etc, industrial sands & leisure sand dressings.
