Baioni Crushing Plants is the world's partner in the production of machinery for mining industry, treatment and recycling of inert materials. Founded in Italy in 1930, today Baioni Crushing Plants is an example of quality evolution and research applied to the production of machinery and plants for crushing, screening and washing quarry and mine aggregate materials as well as machinery for recycling demolition materials. Complete range of equipments for primary, secondary and tertiary crushing of aggregates, as well as feeders necessary to deliver a uniform flow of rock and minerals suitable for various crushing stages. We offer screens for the size control in every aggregates process according to the grain size. We also provide washing plants and recovery machines for fine materials coming from aggregates processing. We can solve any issue in conveying material in a minerals processing operation with horizontal and vertical applications and we finally meet your stock-piling needs. We provide cost effective quarry spare parts and ship them worldwide.

Baioni mobile units are designed for high crushing and/or screening performance combined with good mobility, the best solution for small and medium sized quarries in quarrying applications such as granite or limestone. A modular system consisting of three types of tracked mobile units to be used for primary and secondary crushing, screening and stock-piling of aggregates whether coming from quarries, mines or recycling sites. Baioni offers a standard range but is able to handle specific and tailormade projects. The tracked mobile units are fully driven by electric motors both for the unit motion and for the production.

The Environment Division focuses on centrifugal decanters for dewatering sludge. Stationary and mobile plants for solid-liquid separation equipped with a control and management system. Comprehensive range of centrifuges for sludge treatment coming from civil depuration plants, industrial and mineral processes, agro-industrial processes, extraction and refining of oils, proteins, animal fat.

Baioni Water Treatment Division manufactures water clarification plants equipped with a dynamic decanter. Water purification is achieved by the flocculation of the suspended solids by means of a polyelectrolite. In an attempt to protect our ecological surroundings and minimize the negative effects of industrial processes, it is necessary to purify and recover the waters used during washing operations of aggregates.
