Odour and Dust Solutions is a new company in the odour control and dust suppression market. We have over 15 years experience in this field and use tried and tested methods to achieve first class results.

Odour Control

ODS can supply mobile systems for rental or purchase and can supply deodarisers to use in various systems. We can use rotary atomisers, high pressure nozzle systems and air nozzle systems.

Systems can be fitted indoors to transfer stations or outside on landfills.

Our definition of neutralizing means we actually remove the odorous compound by changing its chemical structure.

Dust Control

Misting

Using various types of system from Air Rotary Atomisers, Hydraulic Rotary Atomisers, Air Rotary Atomisers and Electric Rotary Atomisers. We can suppress dust by misting over a problem area. Droplets vary from 30 microns to 80 microns.

Nozzle Lines

Used to suppress large areas, we can supply self-contained trailers, diesel pumps and nozzle lines; electric high pressure lines with very fine droplet size.

Sprinklers

Road way, haulage yards, quarries. Sprinklers supplied and fitted, fully controlled to suit customer requirements.

Foam Dust Control

DustClear has been developed to bind dust and floating parts. DustClear is totally biologically degradable so it can be used on many applications. Potential applications for DustClear include sorting lines for building, demolition, house and industrial waste, wood reducers, stone crushers, compost and concrete industry and concrete controls.

Using our new range of spray machines we can now offer the most expansive range of equipment, ranging from small nozzle systems for conveyers all the way up to our fan assisted misters:-

The Buffalo turbine is diesel driven and no electric power is requried. It srays at 40 litres per minute and is a totally mobile machine.

The Spraystream 40 dust suppression machine generates a consistent stream of micro rain to agglomerate airborne particles and prevent the escape of fugitive dust.

Spraystream 40 provides effective control of airborne particles at open-air sites where dust is generated through stockpiling, breaking, handling of bulk solids.
